Currently, HP identifies two types of Customer Self Repair parts - 'Mandatory' and 'Optional'. 'Mandatory' requires standard warranty customers to perform part replacement or pay for HP service. Self
repair is optional for customers with an HP Care Pack or support agreement. 'Optional' allows the customer to perform part replacement or have HP service personnel perform it at no additional charge during the product warranty period.

A "-" symbol indicates None or N/A.
